In 2020, Engemon IT received from Rede Santa Catarina the challenge of transforming its
IT operation (Service Desk, Field Services and Management), with the objective of bringing more
efficiency in support, increasing user satisfaction, improving governance and quality of services and
implement innovations in this operation.

We seek to listen to all the parties involved – the corporate structure and the nine Health Homes of
the Santa Catarina Network – and visit each stage of the process in order to
understand all the particularities and criticalities of the organizations and identify
how we could add value.

So, we developed a four-way solution based on Processes,
People and Technology to meet an environment of:
